10/14/2019 Excel For Mac Data Copy To Email
Open the program or sign in to the service you are using to administer your mailing list. In Gmail, click the 'Gmail' drop-down menu and choose 'Contacts.' Click 'More' and choose 'Import' to open the Import Contacts dialog box. In Outlook 2010, click 'Open' in the File tab and then click 'Import.' In the Import and Export Wizard window, choose 'Import from another program or file,' choose 'Comma Separated Values' and locate your CSV file. In MailChimp, click 'Import' on your Lists page and click 'Upload from File.' For other services or programs, see your documentation or online help for instructions.
Tips. Make sure the people on your mailing list have granted you consent to use their email addresses in that manner. It's a good idea to include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe at the bottom of each message you send to your list. If too many of your recipients complain or mark your messages as junk mail, the service may suspend your account. Some services, such as AWeber, require you to copy and paste your data instead of importing it.

However, when I copy from Excel (part of Office Pro Plus 2010) inside a Windows 7 Virtual Machine the gridlines paste just fine into Outlook for Mac 2011 natively (without converting to a picture). So it seems this is more of an Excel for Mac problem, rather than an email client.
If that's the case, you can open the CSV file in a text editor such as Notepad to copy the data. Other services may import Excel files directly.
